Terms & Conditions

1. All terms are per week commencing at 4.00 p.m. on Saturday and ending at 10.00 a.m. on Saturday.

2. A deposit of £50.00 per week is required with your reservation, and the balance is to be received three weeks before the holiday commencement date.

3. The reservation will constitute a binding contract between yourself and Creag Mhor Chalets.  In the event of a cancellation, every effort will be made to re-let the accommodation, and if this can be done any monies will be returned.  If we are unable to re-let, the full rental is due.

4. Smoking in the house is strictly forbidden.

5. The maximum number of guests is limited to four plus baby.

6. Guests will be responsible for making good any damage to the property during their stay, whether caused wilfully or not, and for replacing any articles of furniture or equipment damanged, broken or lost.

7. The chalets must be left clean and tidy for the next visitors by 10.00 a.m. on the last day.

8. We welcome pets but ask owners to remove all traces of animal hairs from carpets, and 'deposits' from the garden before departure.

9. Dogs are £10 extra.

10. Electricity is additional, via a slot meter taking £1 coints.
